I grew up in southern England and studied Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge University. Afterwards I lived abroad for many years, working mainly as a writer, editor and translator.

My own experience of learning foreign languages to a high level made me realise how difficult it is to write like a 'native'.

That simple realisation gave me the idea of setting up an editing business aimed primarily at 'non-native' businesses and individuals that need to produce high-quality texts in English.

In addition to editing I also translate texts into English from Portuguese, Spanish and French.
